PropertyWise Inspections LLC was built on a simple idea: an inspector's job is to find the truth about a property, not to make a transaction easier to close. Every inspection follows that same standard: thorough, honest, and written so a first time buyer can actually understand it.
PropertyWise Inspections LLC was founded by Riley Bannister, a licensed home inspector committed to providing thorough, objective, and easy to understand home inspections. Riley has completed extensive professional education and hands on field training, successfully passed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE), and fulfilled all requirements necessary to become a licensed home inspector.
Every inspection covers the roof, structure, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, ventilation, interior, exterior, and hundreds of items in between, evaluated systematically and documented clearly so nothing gets overlooked.
Our goal isn't to make a home appear better or worse than it is. Following every inspection clients receive a detailed next day digital report with photos and clear descriptions, informative without being overwhelming.
We're state licensed, fully insured, and use tools like drone roof inspections to get a more complete picture of a property's condition, all without losing sight of the original rule: never soften a finding to keep a deal alive.
